These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the GolfPerks website and participation in the GolfPerks club and sponsor programme.

1. Programme overview

GolfPerks provides a club-only rewards and prize draw programme. Golf clubs pay an annual fee to become Partner Clubs and are entered into prize draws run by GolfPerks.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to recognised golf clubs and approved sponsors in the UK. By joining, you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of your club or organisation.

3. Fees and payments

• Partner Club fee: £495 per year.
• Sponsor fee: £395 per year.
• Fees are normally payable in advance for a 12-month period.

4. Prize draws

We aim to run regular prize draws (for example monthly and annual draws). Entry is for clubs who have paid their fees and are in good standing at the time of the draw. Details of specific draws and winners will be published on the Draws page.

5. Use of prizes

Prizes are awarded to the winning club. Each club is responsible for how prizes are used or distributed to their members, in line with any applicable rules or local policies.

6. Changes to the programme

We may update or refine the GolfPerks offering over time (for example, prize types or frequency). Any material changes to pricing or core terms will be communicated to participating clubs and sponsors.

7. Website use

The information on this website is provided in good faith. We take care to keep it up to date but cannot guarantee that all content will always be complete or error-free.

8. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
